Kenneth James - Co-Chef
Kenneth James was born in Jamaica and grew up in New York. He started working in various restaurants while in school and developed a love for cooking. Kenny began his career at MoonFish Restaurant in 2003 as a line cook. He quickly developed a special talent for executing exceptional food and became a certified trainer on every station in the kitchen. Kenny assists in purchasing, inventory control and daily production. In October of 2005 Kenny was promoted to Co-Chef of MoonFish. He has participated in the 2005 and 2006 Chef’s Gala and was part of the MoonFish team when it received the Best Seafood Restaurant Award in 2006 and 2007.
Kenny’s interests outside of cooking include music, sports and spending time with his family.

W. Brian Fry - Co-Chef
W. Brian Fryis originally from New Hampshire and moved to Florida with his family at an early age. Brian began his restaurant career at MoonFish Restaurant in 2002. Starting at the fry station Brian quickly developed into a leader as he learned and mastered every position in the restaurant. Brian is a certified trainer on every position in the kitchen. He is responsible for product quality and execution, purchasing, scheduling and inventory control. Brian’s strong skills prompted management to promote him to Co- Chef in October of 2005. During his tenure as chef Brian has participated in outside catering events, the 2005 and 2006 Chef’s Gala and was part of the team when the restaurant was awarded Best Seafood Restaurant for 2006 and 2007.
In his free time Brian enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and watching the New England Patriots.
