Todd Bowling - Director of Beverage & Information Systems
A second generation native, Todd was born in Vero Beach, Florida. He attended the University of Central Florida where he focused on a degree in Business Administration and was a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity. While still in college Todd began what was to become his career at Talk of the Town Restaurants with a job at the “Original" Charley’s Steak House in Orlando. Todd’s training centered on wine education and the marketing aspects of the business. He worked both the front and the back of the house honing his skills as he moved up the ladder. He quickly became involved with the companies computers and POS systems which made him the perfect candidate to work on the opening teams as the business expanded. Over the next 10 years Todd was on the opening team for four of the company’s new restaurants. In 2006 Todd was moved into a global role with Talk of the Town as Director of Beverage and Information Systems.
In his free time Todd enjoys SCUBA, boating – preferably in Florida’s Intracoastal waterways and traveling to the family’s vacation home in the mountains of North Carolina.
