Brian Fry - Corporate Chef
Brian is originally from Manchester, NH and has been living in Central Florida for over 30 years. He joined Talk of the Town Restaurant Group in 2002 as part of the kitchen opening team for their newest concept MoonFish. During his tenure, MoonFish received the Award of Excellence from the American Culinary Federation and the prestigious DiRoNa Award. Brian excelled in his position and in 2011 he was promoted to Corporate Chef where he began working in all Talk of the Town restaurants.
One of Brian’s most memorable moments was being part of the culinary team when Talk of the Town was featured at the world famous James Beard House in New York City’s Greenwich Village. The historic James Beard House is a “performance space” for visiting chefs from across the country. Brian enjoys cooking at home and watching New England Patriots games, especially when he is surrounded by his family.
